Do you offer payment plans?

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. We understand this and we can help you make arrangements through several payment companies. They include:

  • The CareCredit program. This medical credit card takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at www.CareCredit.com. The CareCredit program offers bonuses such as low monthly payments (3% of the total balance), interest free for 6 months, approval determination in a few minutes, and no annual fee.
  • The AllPetCard: This is a pet-specific medical credit card that offers monthly payment options to help you pay for your pet's expenses over time.
  • ScratchPay: This is a one time loan option exclusively for pet owners. They offer financing options that fit your budget.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: We offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through Affirm and Klarna in some situations (please inquire with our team). This will allow you to split your purchase into manageable payments over time, subject to approval.

Do you have wellness plans?

Yes! We offer wellness plans for dogs and cats through Snout to make veterinary care simple, affordable, and stress-free for you and your pets. By enrolling in a wellness plan, you'll have access to routine preventive care—like wellness exams, vaccinations, and diagnostic testing—bundled into an easy monthly payment. What do you think about pet insurance?

We LOVE pet insurance! When purchased ahead of time, pet insurance is a great option to help cover costs associated with unexpected expenses.

Just like with human insurance, it's important to have insurance on your pet before emergencies arise. Monthly costs are typically lowest when pets join as puppies and kittens, and get higher if you don't sign your pet up until later in life. Queen City Animal Hospital recommends Pumpkin and Healthy Paws Pet Insurance as great options for our clients and their pets.

These companies offer several straightforward plans at a reasonable monthly cost. To learn more, please visit the following pet insurance websites:
