I’ve been a client with Queen City since I moved down here 2.5 years ago. They’ve been nothing but kind. Took the time to write this because our dogs found a momma possum last night in our yard and it dropped five tiny babies trying to get away. Unfortunately I had to go into work before the wildlife centers opened and my only thought was to take them to Queen City Animal Hospital. They took those baby opossum in so fast and without question - said they would take it from there and get them to a wildlife shelter. They sent me on my way after getting the details of how I ended up with 5 baby opossum. Just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful staff who took them in this morning!!

I’ve been bringing my cat Luna here for a few years now and the experience has been consistently excellent. I recently brought her in for a yearly check-up and the vet tech Jordyn was incredibly knowledgeable and handled Luna with the utmost care and love. Dr. Diaz then came in and showed the same level of care and professionalism during her portion of the exam. We will continue to bring all our animals to QCAH, can’t recommend them enough!
Came in for some peace of mind for my two dogs who are new to the East Coast. Super cute clinic, really great staff, and doctor. Was able to get everything I needed to do done, and had all my concerns addressed. Easy to make these guys my new dog clinic!!
We’ve been going here for 5 years and they have been consistently great. The staff really cares about your pet - whether it’s a phone call or annual appt or emergency appt they’re very helpful. We’ve moved a little further away than when we started going here but still make the drive for QCAH.
This was first time at QCAH and it was far and beyond the best vet experience I’ve ever had. My cat is very skittish and their Fear-Free approach genuinely made a huge difference. Macy did an unbelievable job letting my cat Papaya warm up to the room, the exam, etc as well as walking myself through everything that was being done throughout my visit. Usually my cat is hiding in the corner by the end of a Vet visit, but here at QCAH she was sitting on my lap like it was another normal day.
I cannot say enough good things about QCAH! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful and they treat my pets as their own! My dogs don’t dread going to the vet because they take such good care of them! With the pandemic and not being able to go inside with my dogs, I was nervous at first because I’m used to always being with them at visits but the staff is always so nice and the visits are quick so it makes the entire experience much easier! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
My wife and I chose QCAH based on their reviews and we were not disappointed. My dog is high-maintenance at the vet and everyone was super accommodating and professional. Definitely the best vet I've used.
Best vet in CLT! Dr. Black is personable, knowledgeable, and truly loves our doggies. The staff here is also top notch- so nice, quick and hospitable. Couldn’t say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend!
We love QCAH! Our dog, Sneaks, is genuinely happy to go to the vet because of how well taken care of he is. They are so kind, patient, and loving! We wouldn't go anywhere else in Charlotte!
